Charlotte Gainsbourgs, daughter of Serge Gainsbourg and daughter of Jane Birking, the British chanteuse - actress-dolly bird and namesake of the handbag, two living legends, new CD, 5:55, which went platinum in France is Absolutely Amazing and off course the CD bears the distinct influence of Serge, like the storytelling quality to it "thing of talking and singing" Its a peculiar but lovely album whose songs tell of erotically anguished late nights and early mornings, it could be called whispery electro pop, "intimiste", and many of the tracks sound like dreams. Almost as Great as "Je T'Aime...Moi Non Plus", the orgasmic piece of music sung by her two living legends as parents.
