An item of news about fashion designer Gaspard Yurkievich, he has just designed a chocolate cake, for the Cafe de la Paix, with a touch of raspberry and a hint of ginger. Inside the cake is hidden a little porcelain letter (part of his name, and something to take away with you to remind you of the experience) and the whole thing is capped by a chocolate, er, shoe.
