Lily et Cie has been the insider's source for pristine vintage fashion. But the L.A. institution is about to get some serious East Coast competition in the form of Rare Vintage, a brand new source for impeccable couture from seasons gone by. "I'm a shopper," says proprietor Juliana Cairone, whose most recent clothes-hunting expedition took her to an Italian palazzo, "and I'm really good at finding things." Judging by her stock, which includes highly covetable pieces from Ossie Clark, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Courreges, that's no idle boast.
