Beyond Belief at White Cube is an amazing collection of art exploring the themes of religion, death, life and love by Damien Hirst. With the basics of human existance at the heart of the exhibition, it is no change from the norm to see that Hirst is again causing a major stir in the art world with one of his pieces. The ultimate star of the exhibition Beyond Belief at White Cube is a multi million pound skull, cast in platinum and covered with over 8,000 diamonds which in total weigh more than 1,000 carats. Labeled, For the Love of God, the skull is set to sell at an amazing £50 million, potentially making Hirst the recipient of the biggest sale of art from a living artist. Asides from a diamond encrusted head, Beyond Belief at White Cube also features paintings of Hirst's son being born by Ceasarean section, sheep that have been set in formaldehyde worshipping the cast of a foetus set in silver and a tiger shark that has been split equally in two allowing visitors to walk through the middle.
