Karl Lagerfeld, who was not among the likes of Hubert de Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alber Elbaz, John Galliano, Sonia Rykiel, Stefano Pilati, Christian Lacroix and Vivienne Westwood at the emotional funeral of Yves Saint Laurent earlier today, sent this outstanding bouquet of flowers to substitute for his presence.
